The Glioblastoma BioBank Project
The Glioblastoma Biobank Project, formally known as Key LARGO (Key Longitudinal Associations with Risk and Glioblastoma Outcomes), is now live and open for enrollment!

About The Glioblastoma BioBank Project
This groundbreaking study, conducted at the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke, is generously funded by the Glioblastoma Research Organization and StacheStrong, two leading nonprofits dedicated to advancing brain cancer research.
This global study is designed to better understand glioblastoma, one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer. By collecting biological samples and detailed surveys from patients with GBM, the study explores how genetic, immune, and lifestyle factors influence outcomes and risk.
Why this matters: The research will uncover insights to improve survival rates, enhance quality of life, and advance equitable care for patients everywhere.
Anyone in the world can join us in this effort! Whether you’re a GBM patient, a caregiver, or someone with a first degree relation to glioblastoma - your participation can make a difference. Together, we’re paving the way for personalized solutions, empowering patients and caregivers, and fostering breakthroughs in glioblastoma research.
